Vegetable chilli

Tonight I had vegetable chilli. It was very tasty and I just threw all the vegetables (Onion, courgette, green pepper, red pepper, 3 garlic cloves, sweet corn, carrots, 3 chilli’s, mushrooms and black beans) in a saucepan with passata, Cumin and smoked paprika and left it to it.

I did a salsa with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, avocado and coriander 😋
