I made this vegetable biryani and made Indian spiced kebabs to go with it.

I sprinkled red onion, coriander and toasted almonds on top with a drizzle of coconut cream. ๐Ÿ˜‹ Ali ๐ŸŒฑ

Get yourself here Jerry and you will be more than welcome๐Ÿ™‚ itโ€™s got so many spices, garlic, turmeric and black pepper etc and of course chilli, it has a nutritional punch. ๐ŸŒฑ

Thank you ๐Ÿ™ we are going to try and stop habitually using oil. Iโ€™ve moved it out of the way so I donโ€™t automatically grab it to cook with. Had avocado instead of butter on toast this morning with marmite. So will see how it goes.....๐Ÿ™‚

Oh well done. I've started to think a little more about use of oil. After all we can soften onions in water, we don't need oil. I bet the avocado was lovely๐Ÿ˜€

Hi, I marinated a block of firm tofu, onions and peppers in Indian spices (curry powder, garlic powder, turmeric and cumin). Put them on skewers.

I made a vegetable curry with mixed vegetable, passatta, a few saltanas, garlic, ginger and spices. (Cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, Garam masala etc).

When curry is cooked add it to cooked basmati rice and put in the oven so that the curry dries out a bit. About 40 mins, stir every now and then.

I cooked the kebabs in the oven and then placed them on top of the biryani. Scattering the almonds, fresh coriander, coconut cream and red onion on top. ๐Ÿ™‚๐ŸŒฑ Ali
