GoGo_JoJo thank you so much for the inspiration to make these kebabs they were so delicious!! π
I made cous cous with raw onion, chilli, red and yellow pepper, chickpeas, salt, pepper and turmeric. Once cooked I added fresh coriander.
The kebabs were peppers, smoked tofu, onion and mushroom which I grilled.
The dressing is avocado, a little plant milk, chilli and fresh coriander. I sprinkled toasted sesame seeds and red onion on top. π we had this with pita bread.

They are well worth trying Debs. Iβm new to smoked tofu but I really like it for a change. Iβm going to make an Indian style version of these as well with regular tofu and marinate it overnight and see how that works out. π
Aw thank you Jerry. Thatβs nice to hear especially as I would love to be artistic (on paper) but Iβm not so I find cooking is my way of trying to be a little creative π
Yes they are worth a try Alicia they were delicious, the combination of cous cous, tofu and avocado sauce. We will definately be having them regularly and it was filling ππ
