I made sausage hot pot tonight for the first time, it had, puy lentils, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, chilli, black pepper, smoked paprika, kidney beans, cannellini beans and passata.
I used Linda McCartney sausages as they are the only ones I like. Can anyone recommend any other sausages that they like?
I put sliced potatoes on top which I had par boiled and it was very filling so I think this would make a hearty meal on a cold winters night.
