I am not sure if there is such a thing of eating too much fibre or not the right fibre or too much of one and not the other. I have problem with my stools . I live a vegan lifestyle . I don't eat processed vegan foods mostly whole fruits fruits nuts veggies etc . Some weeks I go regular as clockwork but seems like it seems to slow down by the weekend and I always struggle I know it sounds stupid not sure if it can be a mental thing as in maybe I over think it too much where ax week days I do not .
Any suggestions?
