It’s made with roasted pumpkin, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, tamari, plant milk, black pepper, chilli and nutritional yeast.
It’s very tasty and I topped it with onion, tomato and a bit too much dried basil! 😋

Nutritional yeast is a must have for vegans I buy mine from amazon. Its got a flavour people say is cheesy. I quite like it. It’s got vitamin B12 and you can add it to soups, sauces etc. Sprinkle on pasta and pizza.
If you put two tablespoons of nutritional yeast, a handful of cashews, garlic or garlic powder and herbs (optional) blitz them up and you can put that on pasta or pizza instead of Parmesan.
