Today I’ve made these burgers ready for this evening.
They are made with onion, garlic, chilli, carrot, mushroom, beetroot, cannellini beans, spinach, a few oats, dill, coriander, flat parsley and cooked quinoa. I cooked all of the ingredients except the grated beetroot and pressed it together into burger shapes.
I’ve cooked them slightly and will put them in the oven tonight.
I’m planning on having these with potato wedges and a fennel salad 🥗
