Temporary Stop Endoxan/Cycloph

Hello, I have renal limited ANCA vasculitis. Started Induction almost 4 months ago with 2 Rituximab infusions and Prednis 60mg. After about 3 months was switched over to Endoxan 5mg daily when creatinine jumped and looked like Rituximab not working well enough. Today creatinine and eGFR best result since starting BUT white blood cells dropped drastically. Nephrol and Hematol decided to temporarily pause Endoxan for 1 week and supplement white blood cells to get them back up whilst taking Prednis down slightly to 50mg daily. To be monitored closely this week. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience where they had to temporarily stop a medication because of the impact it was having on the WBC count. Thank you.
