I've HAD to take a Laxative😣😣

Dear All,

Sometimes I just HAVE to..... and this evening IS one of those times! I've got a Senokot Liquid one, much easier than tablets- normally 'quicker' too.

So hopefully by tomorrow I should feel 'Better'💩💩💩 hope anyway!

I have to take them every day cos of constipating meds & hi fibre diet isn’t enough. Gotta be done..
