I have had two jabs and a booster all of which have been Pfizer. Blood test reveals that I have made NO anti-bodies. A chat with Dr Sivasothy at Addenbrooks who recommended that as the Pfizer made no antibodies he recommended Moderna. My quandary is that I have not been able to find the vaccine, all the pharmacist say it’s only Pfizer that is being offered. I don’t know where to go now. I have been isolating coming up for two years. Can anyone point me in the next direction. Many thanks in anticipation.

Tracking down Moderna vaccine!!
Hi,
If you go to this NHS site and search for walk in vaccination centres you can see which vaccines each centre is giving out when you click on the individual vaccine centre: nhs.uk/conditions/coronavir...
Good luck!
Hi,I have phoned and Pharmacist in my area tell me that Moderna is not being offered. The 111 or 119 sites is not the least bit helpful. Will try some other sites tomorrow.
I searched for Moderna where I live on the government site and found none.
Have you tried joining FB social media pages in different areas to ask the question (you can always remove yourself again after)? There may just be someone who knows.
I had two AZ (felt a bit rough) and Dr Siva tested my antibodies and I had made some. Since had a 3rd Pfizer and 4th Pfizer booster (neither of which affected me at all) so am sure they haven’t worked on me.
Good luck.
My local walk in centre in Bromsgrove was doing Moderna before Christmas. Wife was given it.
I had Moderna for my fourth. Are you looking on the .gov website? It’s clear on there who is having what jabs.
I had Moderna for my fourth jab. I’d had two AZ and then a Pfizer. I live in Wales. I felt really ill for days after Moderna, unlike the other three, an interesting difference and maybe hopefully means I made some antibodies….
I have vasculitis and the medication Retixamab I take the doctor told me I would get very little immunity from the jabs so I haven't had them I am very careful but do have a relatively normal life look after yourself keep your hands sanitized and mask on and don't get too close to people on aware of distance have just been on jury service in Bradford you have to live your life xxx
Scotland seems to be just doing Moderna at the minute - I have had 2 AstroZenica followed by a Moderna.
I had a conversation with my consultant about antibody tests, pre-Omicon variant. His response was; antibody tests are a snap shot of your antibody levels, antibodies are not the only defence mechanism, and they stopped testing because they saw patients with good antibody response fall ill with Covid a couple of weeks later, which he suspected was due to life style and environment. (it did make me wonder whether people with a good antibody response were less careful)
Personally I think you can help your body's immune system by managing your general health through diet, exercise etc. Sadly a lot of the people who have died from Covid also had other conditions such as diabetes, which appear to weaken the immune system.
In short use every weapon at your disposal rather than relying on the vaccines to keep Covid at bay.
