Pizler vaccine confused

So uk an ireland going to have the pizler vaccine yet I have read that amun surpressed you carnt have it so that's me not haveing it so confusing

Yes it seems confusing & need to investigate.I'm aware that this particular vaccine contains a small trace of virus that is needed to create anti- bodies but not suitable for suppressed immune systems such as I have. Why I don't know as I've had the flu jab twice & am fine with it. I have CNS Vasculitis.

Need to know more though as not quite sure...

Injecting a small trace of virus to develop immunity would be a live virus. It's not doing that. Part of the virus's genetic code is being injected and antibodies and T cells are developed in response to combat the virus should you get infected.

What we still don't know is whether or not the required response will be developed by those on immunosuppressive therapy. That part of the answer seems to be rather difficult to come by. Could be that no one actually knows.

It’s a simple question but people with vasculitis and are on immunosuppressant, can they have the vaccine, I cant have the flu jab because of it containing live virus. So can we or can’t we have the covid vaccine
