🚨We're interested in hearing patient opinion on the impacts of COVID-19 on their care🚨

We created this short survey (<10 mins to complete) with patient partners, in which we want to find out what patients hope for with their future hospital care! !

had a look at the survey but didnt complete it, as I am looked after by a renal team, and survey says if you are not with a rheumatology clinic you dont complete more than the first few questions, which doesnt seem worth it

This is just for Rheumatology but we hope there will be a knock on effect for other specialisms
