I don’t think any of us are qualified to comment on your test results except to say you can have high ANCA results without having Vasculitis. The usual protocol would be to do a kidney biopsy. I think most of us with intreated and sometimes treated anca Vasculitis suffer from severe fatigue and this isn’t something that you wouldn’t notice. Other symptoms tend to vary which is why we wait so long for a diagnosis. Good luck I hope you get some answers soon.

I am not a medic and I am only talking from my personal experience. Your blood tests could mean that you have ANCA Vasculitis, but could equally mean that you have something else. Diagnosis will be based on blood tests, scans and symptoms.

I have GPA but my ANCA has always been negative.
