I take 10mg Leflunomide tablet for my RA and Vasculitis. I have it with 20ml Methotrexate and still on a reducing dose of Pred. Currently 10mg every alternated day. I been on Leflunomide for about 10 years now, and never had any problems with it. I even continued to take it whilst undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. But as usual, different people react differently to the various drugs we are given, so things might be different for you. Wishing you all the best for when you start it. xx
