Graves vs Hashi

Hi everyone,

I've had graves for about 11 years now and been treated with methimazole in the us here. I am down to 2.5 mg once a day, used to take 40 mgs years ago. I dont have labs available but wanted to ask.... Aside from graves antibodies i have high peroxidase antibodies so high it couldnt pick up over 1000 i believe. Does this mean I also have hashis. I have multinodular goiter and my dr wants to do a fna soon because a growth has formed left of my thyroid. I really am scared of surgery and have always hoped for remission since they say my levels keep going lower and lower.
