I was wondering if people tend to take their NDT in the morning with water and on an empty stomach and how many people take it at bedtime.

I take my whole dose of NDT at night, I have found this more effective than in the morning or even splitting the dose and it does not cause me difficulty sleeping.

I take mine twice a day, as soon as I wake up and again around 1.30 to 2.30pm. I don't take it with water, I just let mine dissolve under my tongue as I find it easier and more convenient that way. N.B. I find this method works with Armour and Erfa Thyroid but not Naturethroid - it doesn't dissolve at all!
