I have read that some people take there Levo in the evenings instead of mornings - do you feel better?
What time do you take your Levo?: I have read... - Thyroid UK
What time do you take your Levo?
Definitely and my T3 level improved greatly.
Hodgson1994,
Research has shown that TSH may be lower when taking Levothyroxine at night. It's thought that absorption may be better. Do make sure you take it at least 2 hours after eating a snack or milky drink.
If you decide on bedtime dosing, remember not to take this dose if you are having a blood test in the morning and take it after the test, which should be at the earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and take it at bedtime as usual.
Many take on waking, but it may be more convenient and possibly more effective taken at bedtime
I found it noticeably better. Originally did it on advice of my endocrinologist

Many people also find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable.
Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription.
I had nausea when taking levo in the morning, so my endocrinologist recommended taking it at night instead. He didn't seem to know why I would get nausea, but taking it at night helps, so it's all good
I take mine in the evening - mainly because I found myself reacting very badly to taking it in the morning - so switched about 4 days after starting.
Still feel like death (not very convincingly) warmed up but at least I don't wake up feeling as if I've slept only to feel as if I've never slept in my life 30 minutes after taking levo.
However, we are all individuals so just because it suits me better doesn't mean it will suit everyone better.
