Weird hormones!

I'm having the weirdest time, I've had all my hyperthyroidism symptoms for 3 weeks now, and getting worse every day.

My meds were upped from 10mg to 15mg of carbrimazole in Feb, when my tsh was coming down, but I've just got worse.

Ended up in a&e yesterday, as I was so unwell, all thyroid is normal, even for me. Tsh is 1.34 - T4 is 17.1 - T3 is 4.4. I get sick when tsh is below 1, and t4 is nearing 20. But that's not the case now.

The weight loss, excessive thirst, muscle weakness and leg pain are all getting worse every day. In a&e they tested my blood sugar, but wouldn't test cortisol, and blood sugar was 5.1, but my GP said this isn't a comprehensive test. The endo specialist has only tested for prolactin, she refused to check my cortisol, even though low cortisol also aligns massively with my symptoms.

I keep trying to tell myself i need to relax, and just get on with things, which I'm good at, but then the symptoms get worse again. I need to feel better asap, for my mental health and for my children. I've ordered a private cortisol test, as I had the most distressing appointment with a new GP today that I've ever had. She wasn't interested in helping, and it was making me feel helpless. My white blood cells are also coming down since Feb, wbc from 3.5 to 2.9, and lymphocytes are the lowest they've ever been, from 0.9 in Feb, to 0.5. The GP didn't even check my throat, glands, neck, nothing, no one has. I don't feel any viral affects though, and I always get really sick with a virus.

I'm trying to rest, but also be proactive, ordering private tests, having vitamin and iron IV to boost my hormones and immunity.

Any suggestions, advice please 🙏 desperation doesn't even cover it anymore!
