Latest Medicheck tests taken on 6th Feb following all protocols as advised here.
I am increasingly experiencing waves of feeling unwell. Difficult to describe but a sort of lightheaded swoosh/wave in head and body then feel fatigued and just unwell for 15- 30mins then it sort of eases.
Have done a home test for UTI first one showed Leukocytes positive next day barely positive. Need to follow this up with GP when I can get hold of one!
While I’m doing that I thought I’d check with you good people if you can spot any issues with latest blood test.
Currently on ERFA NDT only
105 mg daily split in 2 doses.
Supplementing VitD K2 only
Any thoughts on what may be causing this weird feeling would be helpful, thanks.

I understand in your last post SlowDragon suggested adding a small dose of Levothyroxine (25mcg) Did you try this, as FT4 is slightly higher than test you shared 5 months ago:
Hi Buddy 195, no I didn’t add T4 as private Endo thought give it another 6 months. He hasn’t seen this last result yet, but it seems both FT3 and FT4 have risen a bit without any change.
Yes, and for some reason I can’t remember why the private Endo said he thought I would do better without the Levo. I’ll have to look back at my notes but I’ve been on ERFA only for over 2 years. Relieved of a number of symptoms but go in waves of not feeling quite right.
Your inflammation is a little higher than in your last post and your TPO antibodies now highlighted and just over the range -
so maybe you have been are dealing with some thyroid AI issues :
With NDT we track on the T3 - T4 may well be lower in the range than when taking synthetic T4 -
but as long as you feel well a low T4 on NDT does not matter and simply tells us you are converting well the T4 into T3 - which is the most important reading.
There are small differences in your T3 and T4 readings and vitamin and mineral readings and again, that could be because of the antibody interaction :
I now aim to maintain ferritin at around 100 - folate around 20 - active B12 125 ( serum B12 500++ ) and vitaminD at around 125.
Well yes as your TPO reading is a tad over range - so my thinking was you had some flare of Hashimoto's as you have had in the past, which could also explain the inflammation reading.
Given my TPO was 900 over range when I first started testing I have just thought a slight uptick wouldn’t have any impact. Almost every test I have done the TPO has been down on the previous. I have been a bit careless re: gluten used to be strictly gluten free, maybe me falling off the waggon hasn’t helped!
Well - I'm just comparing blood test reports - and there has been a small change in TPO - which or may not be relevant - and maybe the gluten the issue - i can't know for sure - though am also guilty as we all are of falling off that wagon from time to time.
