I wonder if anyone might help interpret these results please?

Thanks so much … I am suffering from this cold weather and am feeling tired by late afternoon and somewhat unsettled. Also added pains in hand and wrist that are unexplained as yet …

From reading your previous post, you asked for an increase from 50- 75mcg Levothyroxine 9 months ago. It’s definitely time for another increase to get FT4 higher in the range (and TSH should always be under 2- with most forum members reporting they feel best when this drops nearer 1).
I understand that you experienced some palpitations in the past, so I would suggest increasing Levo very slowly. I like to add 12.5mcgLevo (even alternate days at first), then daily until well tolerated. I find a pill cutter handy for this.
As a first step, I would increase to 75mcg daily and (once tolerated) increase to 87.5mcg/75mcg alternate days, then 87.5 daily. Recheck levels 6-8 weeks after being in a consistent dose.
All the adverse symptoms you note could be linked to thyroid medication not being optimal.
Thanks Buddy 195 … I’ll certainly ask for a 75 per day increase … is there a recommendation for Brand? The chemist says they offer what they are given.
