Iron 2-4 hours away from anything else... though I doubt the sachets contain much, do you need iron?
B Vits before noon as can be stimulating some say keep Vit C away from it some contain Vit C π€·ββοΈ
Vit D with a fatty meal if tablets or easier option is to use a sublingual, with fat included & K2.... you can take this whenever then
BoneBalance I have in my first cuppa of the day
Selenium no more than 100mcg daily, I've found it makes me feel a bit ick half hour after taking so now take it with food
Potassium ideally with magnesium often taken before bed as a relaxant
Zinc and copper are important for bones, do you know you are low in zinc? As one rises it lowers the other, have you looked into boron π
So I tend to have a morning / evening split
After breakfast tablets... B vits, C (buffered or ester-c), zinc, selenium, heme iron and boron a couple of times a week.... sublingual Vit D&K, B12
(If it suits you to take them with your evening meal then go ahead but maybe swap B Vits to am if they effect you)
Evening magnesium
Truth is you are better off taking them whenever rather than them sitting in the pots so do what you can π€ some days I'm much better than other but that's no bad thing either!
Now there's an idea π‘. Create a vitamin/mineral fortified chocolate bar, each with vitamins that can be taken together and another with other vits that go together, and heh ho, a prescription of two or even three chocolate bars daily for ultimate health. Wow, revolutionise health supplementation. We'd be millionaires ££$β¬$ π€£π€£
