Hello, my TSH has always fluctuated over 30 years. I am primary Hypothyroid currently taking 100 mg each morning. I have an annual blood test at my surgery and also do an annual blood test with Medichecks. The Medichecks test was done this month showing my TSH reading as 0.23 (0.27-4.20) so it's slightly out of the acceptable range. (T4 19.6(12-22),T3 4.2(3.1-6.8)
The suggestion was I go to see my GP, do you think I need to? The reading is just slightly under and I don't want to go to the doctor and feel I should not have taken up an appointment.
I have entered all the vitamin/antibody results on my profile. I have Hashimotos with thyroglobulin antibodies of over 2000.
Many thanks for your valued advice.

Well, I wouldn't, if I were you. TSH is the least important number. And it's low because your FT4 is high-ish. But nothing to worry about. These Medichecks doctors are not thyroid experts, just common or garden GPs, who know no more about thyroid than any other average GP. So, I would just ignore it if I were you.
Not really interested TSH as the important ones are fT3/4 and these are showing that your conversion has actually improved a little since your Nov 23 results possibly due to an improvement in your B12 levels?
Your Vit D is still a little on the low side at 76 so you could look to up this, magnesium helps with uptake and if you ever suffer from cramp this is a sign your levels are low
Also though improved you could still boost your B12 higher, top of range is good
Your very high antibodies show your thyroid is still under attack and it could be that trying gluten free or cutting out dairy could help to calm this down
Thank you so much Tigger Me, I am supplementing so need to up my game and also add magnesium. I feel under par but like many members of the forum we just battle on! 😴🙂
You have done well to raise your folate and B12 so far and just a few little tweaks might make all the difference 🤗
With Vit D you could try doubling your dose for a week or two and then dropping it back just to get your levels up, I need 4000/5000iu daily to maintain a good level
Are they ones that also contains K2? If not then worth swapping next time you restock as this helps the calcium move to bones and teeth rather than sitting around in arteries
I prefer the sublingual option as you can easily adjust your dose, absorbs well and it's one less pill like Nature Provides or this is my current one... amazon.co.uk/dp/B09V979BZX
A complex is often a good way to go with magnesium....
