here is a link to a post I made last year, it does seem there are now many more on the market like this one with all the right ingredients.

However, check the units and measures and dose against the ones that are tried and tested in the spreadsheet carefully, ensure you are getting value for money. E.g. the B12 component for yours is quite low.

That image does not tell us the forms and quantities of the ingredients!

The B12 content is sufficient for a purely dietary source of B12 - e.g. vegetarian/vegan. But not enough for those with any impairment to absorption.

The B6 is an OK form but might be too high for some people.

Having had to use supplements for decades due to malabsorption and managing to afford to see professionals on the subject (no longer now retired !) - I tend to stick with the professional products that at one time were only supplied to nutritionists who we assume know a good product - I have settled with one who have now been taken over but the products are still good in my opinion - Natures Best - their Vitamin B complex suits me and I have terrible problems with allergies and their products don't cause me problems. They do two B complex products I tend to go for the lower doses otherwise I am going to the loo passing water too often as they over stimulate the kidneys.

Agree - I don’t like their higher dose B complex - it over stimulates my kidneys and as kidney patient I don’t want to do that - but I need B and if I need to take a higher dose of one - in particular B6 is needed at moment for my carpal tunnel issue - then the lower dose allows me to do that. I have had several discussions over the years with their nutritionists asking why they feel the need to add things to their products that are away from the norm like turmeric or sage etc. - those items night be good for some but give me problems - I wish they would stick to the original formulas !

I think Thorne Basic B Complex is a good one and with 'balanced' B's
