Hi
Don't worry about the TSH. It is pretty meaningless once you have thyroid disease and are taking medication. Your T4 and T3 are within range so the fact that your TSH shouldn't be an issue. Your T3 could actually be a little higher if you are having hypothyroid symptoms.
Your antibodies are high which shows that your thyroid disease is autoimmune. Basically your immune system is attacking your thyroid. Someone may be able to advise about good ways to help reduce antibodies but I seem to remember that selenium is important which is something many people are deficient in.
Your B12 could also be higher. You may well find that supplementing helps to improve your symptoms as your level is quite low in the range. Your ferritin, folate and vitamin D all look to be ok though.
I hope that helps

OK, so you have Hashi's, that much is clear. For that, it would be a good idea to go gluten-free, and take some selenium.
Yes, your TSH is low, but that's good. When you have Hashi's, your TSH should be zero, to dampen down the antibodies.
Your FT4 is good, up the top of the range, but your FT3 is too low. You are not converting very well. That could be because of your low B12 - it is dangerously low, but your doctor will say it's fine because it is 'in-range'! So, you need to get some sublingual methycobalamin - 5000 mcg - and take that daily, under your tongue. You can get good ones on Amazon by Solgar or Jarrows. With that, you need to take a B complex, which you can also get on Amazon, to keep the Bs balanced. Your folate is fine.
Your vit D is a bit low, it would be a good idea to take some vit D3 to take it up to 85 to 1000 ish. With vit D3, you need to take vit K2, because D3 increases absorption of calcium from food, and K2 makes sure it gets into the bones, and not the tissues.
Ferritin is too low, that needs to be up nearer to 100, too. Take at least 1000 mg vit C with iron tablets to help with absorption and ease the effect on the stomach.
So, a few supplements to take. But, don't start them all at once, Start with the B12 and wait a couple of week before introducing the next one, etc. Selenium will also help with your conversion.
They show you have autoimmune hypothyroidism. If you are feeling fine then maybe reduce your levothyroxine very slightly provided you still feel OK. The fT3 and fT4 are where most people would be well.
I assume you are not well (because you did the blood test) in which case it would help to know your symptoms.
Ocsi,
Thyroid antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies.

100mcg Levothyroxine you are prescribed is to replace the low thyroid hormone caused by Hashimoto's. FT4 and FT3 are within range so you are not overmedicated despite TSH being below range.
PA Society recommend B12 1,000 is optimal. I would supplement 5,000mcg methylcobalamin for 6-8 weeks then reduce to 1,000mcg daily maintenance dose. Take a B Complex vitamin too.
