Feeling better with low ft4

After taking levo and cytomel for a few years and testing regularly I seem to feel better when t4 is lower. For example.. 14 (12-22) feels better, calmer. Is that ok ? I have no clue.

Yes, provided your TSH is not high. A lower normal fT4 is associated with longer life expectancy.

Yes, that’s good as evidences the great efficacy of your meds. I function best on relatively low thyroid hormone levels also.

Yes, I function better when my T4 is mid way or lower. Also when my T3 is high but never over that level. My TSH is always in range, just, with those levels. I’m symptom free.
