I don't know how much people are able to help me without test results but its worth a shot anyway. I've been taking cynoplus for a few years and have always felt well. So well I'm now on nybsecond pregnancy. I'm with a consultant but haven't mentioned in taking cynoplus as I'm worried they will tell me to stop and last time no did that in is carried. My TSH is suppressed and expected but ft4 is also low so I think I need to tweak my medication a bit. Not sure how to do this though. Would I need to add a small amount of levo?

Have you optimised vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin?
I'm sorry if I've misunderstood your post but it would be irresponsible of us to advise on your medication/ dose without the results which show your thyroid status
Post the new results including reference ranges along with details of the replacement hormone/s you are taking. Include any nutritional supplements and other medications that may interact with the cynoplus. With that information we can suggest a way forward.
It's not a name we see very often - in fact, I've never seen it before. And it does sound like some sort of mult-vit, rather than thyroid hormone replacement. Makes you wonder how they come up with these names!
thank you for getting back to me. Cynoplus is 120 T4 and 30 T3 in one tablet so I guess its a bit like under armour. I thought this would be easier than taking two tablets but now I'm wondering if I should reduce t3 somehow. Unfortunately the hospital haven't given me a record of the results anywhere
