Advice please - Thyroid blood tests results

Hi all, I’m looking to see what you think please? This my last blood test (taking at 9:00am). My last T3 dose was around 22 hours before. All the protocols before test was followed.

I have thyroid with (benign) nodules, but at the time of my consultation the doctor insist that I don't have enough hypothyroidism for medication, even though I said that I felt like I was vegetating because I didn't have the energy for anything.

At the time my tests suggested that I have autoimmune disease, but even so he asked me to wait for a new evaluation. It's been more than 2 years and I haven't even been called for a comeback.

I was already tired of knowing that I would not have treatment, so I decided to take care of myself. Firstly I read Paul Robinson books. And without any medication from doctor I have been auto medicating myself and now I am taking 75mg of T3 (Tiromel). In the lasts 8 months I take all once in the morning. I found this make me feel better, particularly in the morning, but I started not feeling well again and sometimes I not sure if doing something wrong, if It’s better to back for 3 times a day, like I did for 2 years. It’s been hard.

I tried accessing my previous posts to compare previous advice from you all, they all was accepted, but I don't know how to do that, sorry.

I can see issues in some results, for example my TSH is to low and my CRP level is high, what I have not clue what is.

Any help/advice would be most welcome. Thank you ❤️

My last T3 dose was around 22 hours before.

Is that a typo? Because if your last dose of T3 really was 22 hours before the blood draw, then you have a false 'low' FT3. So, not much can be said about that.

You do have autoimmune thyroiditis because your antibodies are well over-range.

I can see issues in some results, for example my TSH is to low and my CRP level is high, what I have not clue what is.

No, your TSH is not too low, it's low because you're taking 75 mcg T3. It's only to be expected, but it doesn't matter because you don't need it.

CRP - C-Reactive Protein - is an inflammation marker, but it's non-specific - i.e. we don't know where the inflammation is or what's causing it. But it's probably the Hashi's causing it.

Your nutrients are all too low, so you really need to start supplementing those.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes my last dose was around 22hs because I been taking my all tablets in the morning.

I remember about 4 years ago a doctor saying “low TSH makes you feel week and your heart fasting”, something like that. Is why I mentioned it. But I am happy to hear from you that is ok. Thank you!

I think I will investigate more about this CRP results.

About my nutrients, do you have any daily doses advice ?

Thank you very much for your support! I really appreciated that.

TSH doesn't make you feel anything, whether it's high or low. It isn't a thyroid hormone. It's a chemical messenger from the pituitary to the thyroid to tell it to make more or less thyroid hormone. But, doctors don't know that.

What causes symptoms is T3 when it's either too high or too low. Possible that yours is actually too high. But, we can't know because the gap between your last dose and the blood draw was too long. It should only be 8 to 12 hours. I understand you feel better taking it all at once - so do I - but the day before the blood draw it's better to split the dose and take half of it 8 to 12 hours before the blood draw.

Folate should be at least over mid-range. B12 should be at least 75, I believe. So, for those two it would be best to take a B complex with at 400 mcg methylfolate PLUS a sublingual B12 of 1000 mcg.

I can't advise on the ferritin and vit D, so it would be best to write a new post asking just that. Meanwhile, start with the B vits - you should only start one thing at a time with supplements.

Sadly I didn’t know that the day before the blood draw it's better to split the dose and take half of it 8 to 12 hours before the blood draw. But I will think about my dose and do something.

Thank you again for giving your time, for the supplements and for everything.

Here we have so many support with all knowledges and it’s gives us more confidence. Thank you all for all the support. ❤️
