I am asking for a friend who lives part of the year in Turkey. Here are her last three test results, although she was not aware of the pre-testing protocol. She is not on any replacement. The following tests were done in the UK. Nobody reported back with any comments.

17/01/24

TSH. 4.7 m/ul (0.27-4.2)

Comment: Above high reference range

FT4. 14.1 pool/L (12.0-22)

Comment: TFTs consistent with sub clinical hypothyroidism

22/05/24

TSH. 2.9 m/U/L (0.27-4.2)

This test was done in Turkey:

24/10/24

TSH 3.31 (0.27-4.2)

FT4 1.23 (0.89-1.76)

FT3 3.80 (2.0-4.4)

She will be back in the UK in the next few weeks and I will talk her through the protocol and include vitamins etc.

Based on the test results above is there anybody who feels able to comment please? Most grateful for any attention you can give. Thank you.

how old is she approx

Last test suggests she needs full thyroid including BOTH thyroid antibodies and all four vitamins tested

Thank you SlowDragon. She is 67 and fits the fat, fair and forty description that is sometimes applied to thyroid patients. As do I 🤣. I will see her once she is back here and get her to get the full panel done.
