Help with results please...

Results from october for thyroid and vitamins. Taking levo 100mcg and 5mcg twice a day but still feel tired late afternoon! Could i take anymore t3 at all? Many thanks...

I wouldn’t change anything with those results. I wouldn’t want that FT3 any higher if it were me.

Afternoon slump could be blood sugar related. Upping my breakfast and lunch protein and reducing lunch carbs has made a massive difference to me.

I can’t quite read the FT3 figure—is that 6.2?

If so, then I would say a probable no to adding more T3—it’s already quite high.

if anything…you might need tiny dose reduction….perhaps 25mcg less levothyroxine PER WEEK

Retest in 8-10 weeks

Are you on gluten free diet and/or dairy free diet
