No i can understand that.... Low cortisone levels make you feel dreadful... I would call the endo's secretary and explain you are very stressed by the low results, say you would like to see him as a matter of urgency and will take any cancellations.....

Have you got any symptoms like low blood pressure, fast heart rate?

my heart rate aas allways been all over the place anything from 50 - 100

blood pressure varies

but i have zero energy

lots of weight gain and my eating habits of not changed but lack of energy means im sat all day and if i do anything my heart races and i cant breath

The result of the dexamethasone test shows you do not have Cushings, because your cortisol levels responded and dropped, but I bet you felt a bit wobbly for a couple of days.

However, if that's a urine cortisol result, then it's very low, so there might still be issues, just not Cushings.

yes 24 hour urine

my dr (well one that hates me) told me it looked fine

Well he's the doctor. I'm a historian. I only know about the dexamethasone test because I had one. Not sure why. I had no signs or symptoms of Cushings.

I no longer believe anyone who says any test result is 'fine'.

When do you see the endo again?

I've been following your story and have always thought your problems were adrenal in origin. Could you travel to see someone who knew what they were talking about?

its hard to travel as hubby has just started his own business but if push comes to shove then he will make time for me to see someone who knows what they are talking about
