It's not great... And the tsh has risen in order to tell the thyroid to make more hormones. If you are on meds you probably need more, if you aren't on meds then you really ought to have antibodies measured. If you have antibodies its not going to get better on its iwn.

my anitbodies were 40 (0.00-60.00)
Do you think I should go back to the doctors.
What do you think about the t3?
thanks for the reply.
Also not on meds... looking for a diagnosis
Well the t3 is low because the free t4 is low. Getting a diagnosis with no antibodies and a tsh of less than 10 in the uk is not easy.
We do have iodine deficient soil in the uk so the thyroid may be short of materials to work with. Have you had a look round the thyroiduk.org.uk website?

thanks for your advice I will read up.
My ferritin was 68 from 20-250 is this ok?
thanks
Jengibbon01, ferritin 68 is probably okay but half way through range is optimal. Either eat more iron rich food or supplement low dose iron and take it with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Your thyroid levels don't indicate hypothyroidism. See my reply on your previous post re improving thyroid function.
