Has anyone tried this kind of rehydration drink? I noticed it has b vits in and get so thirsty when teaching so am looking for something to keep my hydrated.
Just wondering if suitable for Hashi Hypos like me!

It only has low doses of vitmins so it wouldnt replace your usual B complex etc but theres no reason why you shouldnt take it. Liquid IV is a well thought of product.
