Thorne basic B

hi, I’m having great difficulty in getting the above. My usual supplier has said they have no stock, and other places I’ve looked at ( online) also have none.

Is anybody else experiencing this, or know where I can get it from.

If I can’t get it, does anybody know a brand that has similar Ingredients please.

I am currently trying out Vitablossom liposomal B Complex which is almost identical in dose of each ingredient. They did have it on Amazon but they don't seem to have it at the moment, but it can be obtained from here:

It doesn't seem to be easy to get (imported, like Thorne, so stocks come and go I expect).

I haven't tested since starting it so can't say how well I do on it at the moment.

Looking at that Liposomal complex it says it contains folic acid as opposed to methylfolate. Wouldn't work for me.

edit to add: Actually looking at the label it does then say methylfolate so never mind. 😆

Good price as is 90 as opposed to 60 for Thorne.

Look at the picture of the label (3rd picture down on the link I gave) and zoom in. It is definitely

Folate (as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate B9) 400ug

which is the same as on the Thorne label.

I have the bottle in front of me.

Maybe come back and let us know how you get on with it. I am coming to the end of my first bottle but haven't yet retested so don't know if levels are any different from when taking Thorne Basic B.

Hi, I was going to reorder some Thorne Basic B off of Amazon (my usual supplier) this morning but it is not available. I just wondered if you have retested yet after trying vita bloom? Thanks

No, not yet, I'm afraid there's too much going on in my life to have got around to retesting my vitamins. However, other members have reported that they have found it good so I'm continuing with it and will at some point be able to retest but as things are it may still be a few months.
