I’ve been recommended Thorne Basic B complex here and sure it’s helped. I had bought from Amazon but seems they no longer stock it. Where are people buying it? Thanks as always

It comes and goes in/out of stock on Amazon, it's imported from the US. You could look on Ebay or just Google or wait until it's back in stock on Amazon.

I buy mine from The Natural Dispensary. It may cost more than from Amazon; I'm not sure, because I boycott Amazon. But you may find that you can get a discount at Natural Dispensary via your practitioner (I do, via the nutritionist I work with).
