It's probably easier to just type out the results with the ranges. Don't forget to say what time your test was, are you on any meds etc

It also states that this interpretation is made on the assumption that you do not have a

pre -existing thyroid condition and / or receiving thyroid treatment.

Bit difficult to unpick the scattered info here but it looks as if the doctor who wrote that report is clueless and is basing their conclusion on your TSH alone, which is very low. TSH however is not a reliable marker....for a start it fluctuates throughout the day.

This article debunks the (wrong) TSH obsession. TSH is a pituitary hormone not a thyroid problem so your low TSH may be pointing to secondary hypothyroidism which still needs replacement thyroid hormone

Instead...

FT3 followed by FT4 are the important results.

Your FT3 is 5.2(3.1 - 6.8) seen above. This is 56.76% through the reference range

So long as FT3 is in range, as yours is, you are neither hyperthyroid nor overmedicated....the result appears on the low side!

Your FT4 appears to be 17 ( from the scale above) in range 12 -22...this result also appears to be on the low side. This is 50% through the reference range.

Your T4 to T3 conversion appears adequate which is good.

We aim to have the Frees roughly approaching 75% through the ref range so it's highly possible you may need more levo....we are all very different with different needs

However, your symptoms are equally important and if you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism, as in the following list, you may benefit from some (more) replacement thyroid hormone/ levothyroxine

thyroiduk.org/signs-and-sym...

I think the doctor's comments have led you up the wrong path. You are not hyperthyroid... but hypothyroid due to a secondary ccondition where the pituitary gland is failing to send the correct message to the thyroid gland to produce more thyroid hormone.

The MHM doctor has missed this clue!

Did you test according to protocol...

At 9am before food or drinks except water

after fasting overnight.

and 24 hrs after last T4 dose?

Just had a quick look at your previous posts. Are you still taking 100mcg levo? If so it's very possible that you need an increase to 125mcg levo which you will need to take for 6 weeks .....not just a few weeks as you tried before!

In your shoes and with your symptoms I'd be looking to increase the levo dose.

Sorry that was a long winded way to reach this conclusion.....just writing as I think!! It takes at least 6 weeks for a new dose to settle in the system, so be patient

Good luck, we're all here to help. Just ask.

Thank you DippyDame I’ve should’ve said I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2021 I’m currently on 100mcgs thyroxine daily. I stopped B complex for a week before test and did the 24hr protocol as well. I was just checking to see how things were and hence show my results but have forgotten how to upload the photos?

I’m suffering with headaches at the moment and still fatigued 🙈🙈🙈 my anxiety has been playing up ( way overthinking) as I had a fast track gynaecology appointment yesterday and thankfully all good 👍

Thank you so much ☺️ I’ve got some room for manoeuvre then? I’ve got some spare 25mcgs so will try this. Every day or every other?

Your numbers suggest 25mcg a day should be fine....just monitor how you feel. But if you feel that might be too much start with 12.5mcg extra daily, and see how you go....we're all so different.

Anxiety and fatigue are text book hypo symptoms too.

Glad the gynae appt went well

Take care.
