".....im not sure why it up and down?"
These TSH and fT4 results are actually very stable, minor changes such as these can happen within each day.
TSH has a circadian rhythm . it's highest middle of the night , falling to it's lowest around 1-3pm then rising again.
TSh is released in a pulsatile fashion , in little spurts every 45minutes ( ish).. some spurts are bigger than others .

Have you had your thyroid antibodyies tested? There are 2 types; TPO tested by the NHS but privately you can also test Tg type.
Are you still getting B12 injections, if so how often are they?
TSH looks reasonable but its not always correct.
Hi the gp stopped giving me b12 last year due to it being high. Also i had my antibodies tested and it was negative.
Once you've started B12 injections they arent supposed to recheck your levels. Suggest you post on the pernicious anaemia group for further advice as you may need to restart your injections.
So TPO antibodies negative but thatstill leaves Tg to be tested privately.
See link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/testing/priva...
There is also a new company offering walk in& mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...
Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
Also need to test vit D, ferritin & folate.
Can the gp test for tg? Or do i need tongo private? Also do i ask for more bloods? what do you recommend i ask for ?
No GP cant test for Tg antibodies and they may well be positive as your TSH has been changing. You just need to buy a private test, see the link I put in previous reply.
Have you had your B12 tested since stopping injections? They really shouldnt have been stopped as you shouldnt have been retested.
Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many members like the ‘Better You’ range of mouth sprays that contain both bit D & K2. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150. Most people need a minimum of 3,000iu per day.grassrootshealth.net/projec...
I would ask for B12 to be retested now you've been off injections a while. Also a full iron panel. Ferritin can be good but serum iron low.
You havent said how you feel.

So your B12 level is dropping back low again.
Do you eat red meat? Are you vegan or vegetarian?
You should really be pressing GP to restart B12 injections and not to retest once you have gone back on them.
When you had the injections did you feel better than you do now?
Yes i did feel better and yes im vegetarian. I will ask the gp for b12 but more likely to refuse.
So your diet is low in B12 and you need to supplement ongoing.
Start with a methyl B12 sublingual spray or lozenge for a week, then add a good B complex. Once you run out of the separate B12 just continue with the B complex.

Just for now you need to focus on sorting out your B12 level. Do post on the PA group here on HealthUnlocked for detailed recommendations what to do next having explained your situation.
My b12 went higg when tested 3 august last year and they stopped injection
High B12 isnt an issue at all. GP's probably dont realise this. Its a water soluble vitamin and any excess you have in your system is simply excreted via your urine.
You can help yourself even without the GP by starting to supplement as described in previous reply.
Your GP is ignorant. Unless you have resolved the reason for b12 deficiency, for example a dietary problem, then you're not cured, high b12 is to be expected- that is the point of the treatment - and it should be continued. See NICE or BMJ guidelines or frankly any guidelines. Anxiety can be a symptom of b12 deficiency.
I dont eat red meat but my b12 has always been on the lowers side. What test can i ask from the gp ?
I am not medically trained.
You could check your symptoms on B12d.org or there is a b12 symptoms checker on line or go to the PA website - these may give you a better insight as to your symptoms and how they align with b12 deficiency. It might be worth discussing what you find with your GP and to consider whether reinstating b12 shots might be helpful. Keeping b12 levels elevated might reduce symptoms and prevent others developing.
as vegetarian you will need to supplement B12 and vitamin B complex indefinitely
Vitamin D is very low
As vegetarian….Worth getting full iron panel test to check iron levels
Never supplement iron without doing full iron panel test for anaemia first and retest 3-4 times a year if self supplementing.
It’s possible to have low ferritin but high iron or vice versa
Test early morning, only water to drink between waking and test. Avoid high iron rich dinner night before test
If taking any iron supplements stop 5-7 days before testing
