Usually only tsh measured on nhs for last 18 years and one antib test that confirmed Hashimotos at the very beginning. Thought about time to get a full set done (attached above).
Would like to ask what you would do with these? Vit d looks low side, considering I’m just back from summer holiday 7 days in the sun!
many other changes/supplement recommendations?

What time of day was this test taken & did you allow 24hrs from last dose of Levo?
Free T4 (fT4) 17.2 pmol/L (12 - 22) 52.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 3.9 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 21.6%
Your FT4 is fairly low, I would expect it to be in the upper part of the range on levo alone.
Your conversion rate isnt good but you do have room for an increase which might bring your FT3 up a little.
Are you taking any supplements?
Ferritin should be around 90 - 100 for best use of thyroid hormone. Suggest increasing iron rich foods in diet and eating them often. Chicken livers, pate, red meat etc
Low vitamin D is very common even with good levels of sunshine and being out in it a lot, most people would benefit from a supplement.
Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many members like the ‘Better You’ range of mouth sprays that contain both bit D & K2. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150.grassrootshealth.net/projec...
