hi Andypandy30,

I just want to message because I’m sort of in a similar boat and my GP has been incredibly unhelpful. I don’t know the answer to your question, but did want to say I totally empathise with what you’re going through and I hope that you start to feel better asap!

Missing your B12 injection might make you feel worse.

It could be low FT3, change of hormone levels.

How often do you have your B12 jab? Many people need them more often than 3 monthly.

If having B12 injections its recommended to take a good methyl B complex to keep all the B's in balance. This also contains folate.

Multivitamins not recommended in this group for multiple reasons including being too lower dose to raise level to optimal, cheap, poor quality, inactive vitamins, contining iodine etc etc

What about vit D & K2?

I have been taking the vitamin D but not the K2 I will have to sort that thank you for reminder .I also woke up with a cold today so maybe this is what's contributed to how I am feeling .I have been in the 100 mcg for a week now and hope that the thyroid settles down as well as the cold virus .I absolutely have to have B12 weekly and always try to stay on top of that and the folate .thank you for the great advice always
