As a continuation of post the other day re high HR with Long Covid: Gp wants an endo involved to give blessing to his desire to reduce my levo. My private endo who I have seen by zoom during covid is rather expensive and needs paying to get an advisory letter from ( now use Roseway Labs prescriber scheme) , otherwise my nearest NHS one would be Carlisle. Anyone any experience of endos there preferably favourable to T3 use ( despite having a rare diabetes and hypothyroidism never been referred there before)?

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.
