Results from blood tests

No, you're not hyper - mild or otherwise - if you're hypo it's a physical impossibility to suddenly become hyper.
Were did you get the results from? Did you test privately? If it was a private company, it's really not worth getting doctors 'opinions' from the company. The doctors that review the results are just common or garden GPs who know next to nothing about thyroid. Their opinion is worthless. And this GP just looked at the TSH and jumped to conclusions. Doesn't mean a thing.
On the other had, we do need the ranges to be able to interpret the Frees. Just saying they are 'normal' or 'within range' - same thing as far as a GP is concerned - tells us nothing. We need the numbers.

How are you feeling?
What time of day was the test and when did you last take Levo & t3 if you are taking it?
Do you also have the reference ranges for each of those tests? Your FT4 looks low.
What are you taking for your thyroid?
When hypo we get low stomach acid which means we cannot absorb vitamins well from our food, regardless of a great diet. For thyroid hormone to work well we need OPTIMAL levels of vitamins.
Have you recently or could you ask your GP to test levels of ferritin, folate, B12 & D3? Private tests are available, see link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/testing/priva...
There is also a new company offering walk in& mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...
Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.

Ft4 and Ft3 results mean nothing without ranges and essential to test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Is this how you did this test
How much levothyroxine are you taking
Which brand and is it always same brand at each prescription
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
What vitamin supplements are you taking
Is your hypothyroidism autoimmune
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change or brand change in levothyroxine
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested
Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once to see if your hypothyroidism is autoimmune
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease
About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease, usually diagnosed by high TPO and/or high TG thyroid antibodies
Autoimmune thyroid disease with goitre is Hashimoto’s
Autoimmune thyroid disease without goitre is Ord’s thyroiditis.
Both are autoimmune and generally called Hashimoto’s.
Significant minority of Hashimoto’s patients only have high TG antibodies (thyroglobulin)
20% of autoimmune thyroid patients never have high thyroid antibodies and ultrasound scan of thyroid can get diagnosis
In U.K. medics hardly ever refer to autoimmune thyroid disease as Hashimoto’s (or Ord’s thyroiditis)
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Looking at previous posts
You recently changed levothyroxine brand to Vencamil
Lots of us find this is an excellent brand
Blood test should be done 6-8 weeks after changing brand
Also looking at previous posts you have had low vitamin levels in past
Very common to need to supplement vitamin D, vitamin B complex and magnesium continuously
Some people also need separate B12 supplement
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
