Hi all,can someone please help and interpret my latest Thyroid results from medichecks from June 2024. My B12 is much better but I still feel fatigued and now getting hip pain as well as back pain? my active B12 is up from 49 pmo/l (sept 23) to 150 pmo/L so SI seems to be doing the Job! (Monthly). My CRP HS is raised from 3.98 mg/L (sept 23) to 4.470 mg/L (June 24) and am wondering if this is due to my reactive gastritis?

Free T4 (fT4) 19.3 pmol/L (12 - 22) 73.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 5.3 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 59.5%

Your FT4 is about spot on.

Did you test as per recommendation - 24hrs last dose Levo, 8-12hrs last dose of T3 before test?

It will take some months for the B12 injection to work fully.

Raised CRP can be caused by a whole host of reasons. Yours is only very marginally raised and not to be concerned about.

Thank you Jaydee1507 that’s what I wanted to know ☺️ no increase of levo then? I’ve been doing B12 injections for some months now 😮 I guess I have to except I’m hypothyroid 😔 and can’t do what I used to! Many thanks ☺️

How much Levo & T3 are you taking? You could possibly try a small T3 increase to try and raise it to 70% of range.

How are your other vitamins>

Hi Jaydee1507 thanknyou for reply but I don’t take T3? Just levothyroxine 🙂 I don’t know about any other vits apart from B12 and vit D.

Oh my mistake. In that case you have room for an increase. Could try 12.5mcgs and see where that takes you.

Are you taking a B complex on top of the B12 injections? Your folate level isn't yet at 50% of range.

Jaydee1507 is that once weekly or daily? Yes I am taking B complex with B12 monthly injections ❤️

It depends what dose size of Levo you have available really. Some people prefer to take the same dose every day as alternating doesn't suit them. Try it every day.

Thank you I have some 25mcgs ☺️

Buy a cheap pill cutter and halve them every day.
