Hi guys, i had a blood test on Monday as doctor wanted to test U&Es. Was born with one kidney & have high blood pressure also underactive thyroid

Serum sodium level 135 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]

Serum potassium level 3.5 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]

Serum urea level 3.2 mmol/L [2.5 - 7.8]

Serum creatinine level 74 umol/L [45.0 - 84.0]

It's been marked as satisfactory no further action, but just wondering if i should be concerned that the potassium has dropped to right on the borderlibe at 3.5? Sodium is the lowest ive had it too, but in range

Spoke to receptionist & she said nothing to worry about, but the fact its droped to the lowest point of the scale & if it dropes any further, ive seen thats not good
