only ft4 17.94[12-22] tsh 4.24 [0.27-4.2] dr wouldent write t3 she said is no need .i am now 87 mg euthyrox about 3 weeks i was 13 days on 100mg but i wasent feeling well . so i got advice from slow dragon and i started 87.5 is now 3 weeks .. 100mg raises my bp and tablets dont help ....

i am now 87 mg euthyrox about 3 weeks

No point testing until been absolute minimum 6-8 weeks on constant unchanging dose

Test early morning, ideally before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose Levo 24 hours before test

Next blood test likely to show you will need to increase dose

Once you have been on 87.5mcg 2-4 months you should be able to tolerate next increase to 100mcg daily by then

Meanwhile ESSENTIAL to maintain GOOD vitamin levels

what are your most recent vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin results

b12 and vitanin d 2.000 d is very low 13.

You also need a daily vitamin B complex a week after starting on separate B12
