Help,panic mode ! Went to pharmacy and no Mercury pharma thyroxine,say I will have too just take another brand cannot tolerate teva.My gp always request Mercury pharma for me and have had it for years.Have they gone out of bisnuss as cannot get there web page up to contact them.

Take prescription to another pharmacy

Mercury Pharma also boxed as Eltroxin. Both often listed by company name on pharmacy database - Advanz

Thankyou both,yes my gp pharmacist just phoned and said it is eltroxin advanz,he has sent a new prescription to my pharmacy to see if they can order it.Also said that if they cannot get he would consider giving me liquid thyroxine.He is a gem,always ready to help.Have rung every pharmcy in Perth and no mercury pharma.Hopefully get eltroxin by end of the week.Panic over 😅

Just to let everyone know,my gp pharmacist phoned to tell me mercury pharmacy thyroxine is now called eltroxin and I have now got some.Thanks for all your comments.
