T3/T4 HRT Meds before surgery?

Hello lovely people, i hope everyone is managing to catch up on the long overdue sun ;)

Sadly, my gynaecologist has found an ovarian tumour which needs to be removed and biopsied. Recovery from this will take between 6-8 weeks. I am in really good health otherwise but do take 150mg Levo and 45mg Liothyronine every morning along with Oestrogel and Androfem. I have a coil for progesterone and have bloods every 3 months to monitor.

My question is- I've never had quite such a major surgery and was wondering if i should continue my meds the same on the actual morning of it happening? The gynae hasn't even mentioned this or asked me what supplements i may take etc so throwing this out here for you wise people to perhaps recommend/offer advice? My heart and gut is saying just carry on as normal but any other rays of wisdom you can throw me will be welcomed. If it wasn't for everyone's sage advice here i wouldn't be in the great shape im in, so im feeling hopeful for a quick recovery and hope that boris (the useless lump!) is nothing more than a blip.

Thank you all so much in advance! xoxo

You will have a pre op assessment where all your history and meds will be noted and if necessary you will be told when to stop taking them.

I’ve recently had a major op but because it was in the afternoon I could take all my meds as usual.
