So T4 is near top of range and T3 a bit over range at 24 hrs / 10 hrs from last doses .
Your T4 and T3 levels will obviously be a lot higher than this for most of the day, which is not a great idea if it can be avoided.
So at first glance , your results suggest you may be taking a little bit too much T4 or T3 and a slight dose reduction would usually be recommended , either a little bit less Levo, which should lower both T4/T3 levels .. or a little bit less T3, which should bring T3 back into range .
But this also depends on your symptoms, your previous history, and in your case, your doses probably shouldn't be changed before discussing it with a cardiologist (hopefully one with an understanding of thyroid hormone).
20mcg T3 is a slightly high aamount to be taking.
FT3 is over range and FT4 at 93% of range.
Suggest reducing T3 by 5mcg and restest in 6-8 weeks.
