Can anyone identify these bumps for me? They are predominantly on the back of my scalp, behind my ears, and along my jaw line. A few are now appearing in my arms.
They are itchy as heck. It's driving me to despair! My neck is now red raw where I'm itching.
I had initially thought they might be bites of some kind but I've barely left the house in a few days and noone else in my house hold has them and I keep just getting more. 😭
I have been gluten free for a year but fell off the wagon for a few days last week when I went to France and wondering if it's connected to that. 🤔
It could, of course, just be insect bites of some sort but I'd expect the family to be effected by that too.
Grateful for some ideas!🙏🏻

Thousands of photographs and lots of text - all well organised. Though might still take some time! And, of course, you might need real world diagnosis and treatment!
I'm confident it's not bedbugs. I was staying at my Dad's house, if it were bedbugs he would be affected too, I'd assume.
And I came home a week ago; I wouldn't surely keep waking with more bumps now? Or if I somehow brought them back my husband would be affected by it by now too.
Yes you would. I had them years ago. Horrible. You can pick them up anywhere tbh off a seat for example. Doesn't have to be a bed. Ask the pharmacist. I find them better than GPs tbh. And they see you rather than thr nonsense of diagnosis via phone!
I would suggest a histamine rise (similar to hives) due to being suddenly gluten'd up in France!
If this it is this and you eat g/f they should go. You could help speed up the process by avoiding high histamine foods and taking an antihistamine pill, or I like Vit C and quercetin supplements to help degrade histamine.
I got hives like this in France once, tiny ones, came up after a run in beautiful woodland followed by a beer (those were the days!) pre diagnosis of course. I decided I was allergic to my own sweat 😥
Other idea could it be molluscum, kids all had it at school, goes away again by itself 🤨
