Is anyone able to PM the best (& most cost effective) way to try low dose naltrexone, please?
There’s a group for LDN on HU but it doesn’t seem to be the same as this one with regards to useful advice. Hoping some of you lovely people will point me in the right direction
Thanks in advance!

same here. Wonder if we could do a small group & compare? I had an appt booked for end of March but was cancelled (“postponed”) - was going to ask him.
The easiest way to try LDN is to obtain a prescription from clinic158.com. You can self refer & you’ll need some relevant blood tests eg Medichecks. You’ll have an appointment with a prescriber & then an account is set up with a postal chemist in Glasgow.
Usual prescription is for drops to swallow but I had awful stomach problems so have sublingual drops. It takes 3 months to reach full dose. It’s a pretty efficient system but sometimes confusing. You pay for the private prescription for 3,6 or 12 months to the clinic & then the chemist for each monthly despatch of LDN.
Dickson's chemist in Glasgow, on LDN prescriber's list, is where I got mine. I'm on the liquid form. You self-refer and have to provide medical evidence & pay £50 for a consultation. All info on their website. Link from LDN trust not working however when I checked a week ago.
