Magnesium glycinate 650mg

Vit D3,k2 mk-7, 5000iu

How do you feel

Was last 5mcg dose T3 roughly 8-12 hours before test

Your Ft4 and Ft3 look a little low

Perhaps initially increase Levo by 12.5mcg per day

Hi, I will see my gp first, as i havnt told him ive increased levo from 75mcg to 100mcg.My other worry is, i havnt told my nhs endo ive increased my t3 from 10mcg to 15mcg. Time just flies by.

I get very tired by 2pm.otherthan that i feel ok, dealing with my back problem is quite wearing too.

Yes my t3 was last taken 12hrs prior to test.

Hi, im going to raise my levothyroxine as suggested, could i take 25mcg levo every other day or do i need to split a 25mcg tablet?

Try alternate days

Some people are find taking alternate days

Others notice the daily variation

Ok, thanks. I will try alternate days, see how it goes. Do a blood test in 8 weeks and post.
