I take liquid levothyroxine and find it absorbs much quicker and better than tablet form. The other thing to check is your T3 level. If your T3 is too low your TSH can be too high. So always check TSH, T4 and T3. They all need to be optimal. TSH around 1.00. And T4 and T3 at least 50% through the range. Also check b12, vitamin D, folate and ferritin as you need good levels to help your thyroid levels be optimal. And check your cholesterol too as sometimes can go too high for people with thyroid issues.

How much levothyroxine were you taking on tablets dose?
Which brand
What are your ACTUAL results BEFORE starting on liquid Levo
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
when were vitamin levels last tested
what vitamin supplements are you taking
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Depression is a very common symptom of hypothyroidism. It's not uncommon for people to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital with severe depression only to discover that they are severely hypothyroid. I really hope you find something works for you soon.
